Chad McCoy of McCoy construction is part of four generations of builders. I just saw one of McCoy Construction’s homes that they just built, and I have to say, WOW! The detail is what you would see in a million dollar home in a fair market priced home. They do their own finish carpentry and mill-work to keep the cost down. Also custom cabinets and custom design storage. With closest organizers. If you want the look of a million dollar home at a very reasonable price, I would recommend Chad McCoy of McCoy Construction is the way to go.

Chad took my ideas & made my basement look even better than I could ever imagine. He was very good @ sticking to our budget but giving us what we wanted. I would recommend him to anybody . Top notch work

He literally took our ideas and sketched them right there, plus adding his own special touches along the way. Knowing Chad has had finished carpentry skills pretty much his whole life made us feel even more confident and seeing his work blew us away. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stunning new home! Chad McCoy is the BEST! Not only does he have so much experience being raised in the industry, but his attention to detail is amazing. He communicates all the time to make SURE you are on the same page & that you are getting what you want. I cannot recommend him enough! You will not get an "average" house, but truly a custom HOME!
